Lewis Price has released a powerful, resonant video for his new release “No Lullaby”.
The visual brings attention to the young witnesses of today’s troubling events. The somber black & white clip features an impassioned Lewis interspersed with a mother facing the now relevant worry attached to sending her child off to school, the over roughened interaction between cops and minorities, along with first-hand looks of today’s youth.
The preceding issues have now made their way into the youth’s conversations. Sadly, those same issues have also cleared paths for the entrance of an unwavering fear in today’s youth.
Lewis released the following statement alongside the video:
“The kids aren’t blind to what is going on. I’ve been approached by multiple kids that I mentor, simply asking ‘Why?’. In these days where social media breaks news before CNN, the kids are sometimes the first to find out. Therefore, the kids are the first ones that the feeling of fear reaches. I pray for our world daily. I pray for our youth hourly.”
